Grants Programs: Master of Fine Arts Fellowships

Dissertation fellowships | Senior fellowships | Master of fine arts fellowships

The Dedalus Foundation awards two annual fellowships to students in painting or sculpture who are entering their final year in an M.F.A. degree program at an American college, university, or art school. Each fellowship carries a stipend of $20,000. Applications are solicited annually from M.F.A. programs throughout the country, with each program nominating two candidates. The fellowship awards are made by a committee of distinguished artists and critics.

Please note: Applications must be made through nomination by the M.F.A. program. Qualified M.F.A. students should ask their department chairs for more information. (Department chairs seeking further information should contact: Grants Administrator, Dedalus Foundation, 555 West 57th Street, Suite 1222, New York, N.Y. 10019; or email .)
