Production Sequence

7 colors (including 5 paper dyes) printed in 3 runs from 1 magnesium plate and 1 aluminum plate with 1 paper pressing: 1. white pulp base sheet dyed with yellow, yellow-ochre, light turquoise blue, light blue-gray, and dark blue-gray; 2. blue – magnesium plate (relief); 3. black – aluminum plate (lithograph)

Two of the trial proofs from this edition are numbered "1/2" and "2/2" and are printed in black from one aluminum plate on Chinese tissue paper. The third trial proof is inscribed "trial" and printed on white Tyler Graphics Ltd. (TGL) handmade paper.
