14 colors (including 3 pulp colors, 1 dye color, and 2 colored papers) printed in 11 steps from 8 aluminum plates: 1. TGL paper hand-colored using green, blue, and red pulps applied to a white pulp base sheet; 2. black – plate (on TGL paper); 3. red – plate (on same paper as step 2); 4. black – plate (on same paper as step 2); 5. gray dye applied to the dampened TGL paper; 6. gray – plate (on Rives BFK paper); 7. light orange – plate (on same paper as step 6); 8. yellow – plate (on same paper as step 6); 9. dark orange – plate (on same paper as step 6); 10. black – plate (on Kozo paper); 11. collage: printed papers from steps 6-10 torn and adhered to printed TGL paper (from steps 2-4)
