Gary Shapiro has been awarded The Dedalus Foundation’s 2000 Senior Fellowship for his project Archaeologies of Vision: Thinking and Seeing from Nietzsche to Foucault.
Update: This book was published by The University of Chicago Press in 2001 under the title Archaeologies of Vision: Foucault and Nietzsche on Seeing and Saying.
