Dedalus Foundation Announces Expansion of Alumni Fund

The Dedalus Foundation is delighted to announce expanded support for our outstanding community of fellows, awardees, and interns. Beginning in summer 2026, the Dedalus Foundation Alumni Fund (formerly the Fund for Past Fellows and Awardees) will offer two forms of support: grants to individuals and institutional funding for alumni working with non-profit partners.

Since 2022, the Dedalus Foundation has provided funding of up to $3,000 to program alumni pursuing ambitious artistic or scholarly projects within their respective fields. The Alumni Fund will continue to offer these targeted grants to individuals and will now offer expanded support of up to $10,000 to alumni working with non-profit institutional partners. Contemplated purposes for institutional grants include publishing subventions, exhibitions, and other related initiatives.

Eligible alumni include Dedalus Foundation Senior Fellows, MFA Fellows, Dissertation Fellows, High School Scholarship winners, Robert Motherwell Book Award and Robert Motherwell First Book Award winners, and past interns.
